In 2019, Amy worked with me to custom design and deliver a Leadership Development Program for our Highest Potential Leaders at Electro Scientific Industries (ESI) based in part, on the Leadership Challenge®.....The group of leaders was comprised of multi-disciplinary and multi-level leaders from the US and Asia which required careful thought and design for the program. The executive team and program participants had very high expectations and, Amy delivered above and beyond results! United Airlines recently brought Amy onsite to conduct The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team to focus on a need for alignment within a team that had grown just over 400% in size over the past two years. I knew Amy previously and knew the quality and caliber of work she provides her clients.
